The Inspiration of “Mei La Zi”
The creation of our handmade chilli flavours was inspired by a very special lady. Born in the twelfth month (là yuè) of the lunar calendar, Mei La Zi was given the nickname of ‘là gū’. With her cheerful nature, the confident là gū was well-loved by her fellow villagers.
She always paid great attention to simple and natural ingredients when preparing her mouthwatering delicacies, so we created our chilli sauce using all-natural ingredients to celebrate her giving and caring spirit.
